Your account starts with one list. Add more from the Lists screen if you are on Pro. Each list has a name and a colour so it is easy to scan.

The free plan allows one list. TaskScribe Pro removes the limit.

Open a list and add a task with a title, optional notes, and a cadence: once, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. Weekly tasks pick a weekday; monthly and yearly tasks pick a day of the month.

The free plan allows ten tasks in total, across that one list.

Deleting a list also removes the tasks inside it. The removal syncs to your other devices, so export anything you want to keep first from account settings.
